ACT 2
The second act of the play concerns the FUNCTIONAL INSPECTION of the VEHICLE, which concerns itself with answering the questions, is the vehicle required to be equipped with a “check engine” or “service engine soon” light, and if so, does it function as intended. Is an ignition timing inspection required and, if so, is the setting correct , while another concern is the ability of the gas cap to hold in the fuel vapors formed in the upper part of the gas tank. Another item of the functional test is to determine that the diameter of the opening for the gas pump nozzle where you fill up, has not been tampered with to allow the vehicle to be fueled with leaded gasoline.
