You have the right to choose which auto body shop will repair your vehicle after the collision. Usually, an insurance company will be picking up the majority of the repair expense and as a result they have selected repair facilities to "steer" the repairs to. In return, the company receives a diminished cost for the repairs from the repair shop. This arrangement may not be in your best interest if the shop uses inferior parts and materials to repair your vehicle. Sure, it may look good for awhile, but superior materials make for a long lasting repair without issues. We don't use inferior parts or materials, ever!
