   I went on 03/10/08 for test. Bill Anderson the technician, is such a great guy. First, the place is easy to find, off Figueroa Ave. Then, Bill offered me a cold drink while I wait!! I brought my baby with me (no sitter), we sat under a huge umbrella for cover under a hot 84 degree day. He came to get my car key so I didnt need to get up and leave the baby. He got done with the car ahead of mine in 15 minutes, done with mine in less than 20 minutes, and the price was total $48.20. Told me step by step what I need to do to register my car online. Great service, honest business. If that wasnt enough, he then turned the car on, turn the air on so I wont be too hot getting in, THEN let me know that I need to change my back tires because they are wearing out. Just little things to help a customer make a difference. I will be back and I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this smog test facility. A+++++++

   Bill has been around this neighborhood for years helping the community take care of their cars. He helped me keep my 17 year old car alive without ever giving me a hard time or pushing me to get something better. He was always willing to give me good advice, fix the little things, keep it running and making sure I could pass those dreaded smog tests!
   
   Now that I am ready and able to move on to a better car, he is helping me with "end of life" care for my old clunker. I tried to find information on the DMV web site about their old vehicle program and got nowhere. Bill had all the information I needed, all the forms ready to go and made it effortless.
   
   Besides smart advice, great service and a great product... how many smog check stations offer a clean, shady place to sit and wait with good magazines to read?
   
   You won't find a better smog check experience anywhere in town! Thanks Bill.
